Oh boy. Let's start with the obvious: lighting. The photos were taken at the Conga Room, which is primarily a dance club. The main source of light used appears to be the club lights, which would explain the inconsistency in direct light as well as the continuous change of light temperature. I'll note that my camera was set to Kelvin, not automatic.
