Artistic directors of Theater 150 (Ojai, Calif.), Deb Norton and Chris Nottoli, were asked to fundraise for the theater’s Summer Shakespeare Festival. The artistic directors, who were recently engaged, but unable to get married because they were so focused on the theater, decided to created a play about their relationship and actually get married at the end of the play. If they were unable to raise the funds needed, the theater would be closed for the summer.
